Do You Know Who We Are?

The accompanying photograph shows six members of the ASTP at the College of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington in the Spring of 1944.  The man on the right is Joe O'Brien (the photo was furnished by his widow).  The man next to him might be Maurice Walsh.  If you can identify the unknown men in the photo, please let us know! (news@astpww2.org) Thank you.

Mary Bess Johnson, the daughter of Marjorie Mann -- who taught physical education at CPS in 1943-44 -- would like to hear from the members of the ASTP at CPS.  She is seeking stories and anecdotes about the time that the ASTPers spent at CPS for a short history of campus life that she is writing.  She would also like to hear about the ASTPers' experiences in the military after they left CPS.  Ms. Johnson may be reached at mbrjohns@hotmail.com
