ASTP Upcoming Events

The 11th Annual ASTP/11th Armored Division Mini-Reunion will take place on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk Hotel, 1515 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL.  For more information on the event, please contact the hotel at (904) 396-5100.

ASTP Past Events

The 10th Annual ASTP/11th Armored Division Mini-Reunion took place on August 17, 2006 at the Hilton Valley Forge Hotel in King of Prussia, PA. 28 "Thunderbolts" attended the event, and represented the various colleges and universities that fielded ASTPers to the Division when the program was disbanded in the Spring of 1944.

The veterans of the ASTP at the University of Iowa (Iowa City) held their Fourth Reunion at the University during the school's Alumni Reunion Weekend on June 9-11, 2006. The highlight of the event was a special dinner for the ASTP men on June 10.  For details on the celebration, please contact Reunion Coordinator Arnold Freitag at ajfreitag@cfu.net.
